We headed to the Ritz-Carlton for the seventh annual DC Region Teach For America Gala!

We snapped TFA DC board co-chair Christie Weiss with the evening's honoree, CityBridge Foundation's Katherine Bradley and her husband, Atlantic Media chairman David Bradley. 

This year's gala celebrates 25 years of impact TFA has had in the DC region. Here, TFA DC Corps members Ashley Pettway and Tequilla Thomas surround gala co-chairs, Morgan Stanley's Jeff Brill and his wife, Andersen Tax's Chrissy Brill. 

The TFA DC region has close to 3,000 corps members and alumni leading the charge for quality education. Here, TFA DC executive director Adele Fabrikant with Martha Blue. 

Guests enjoyed an open bar cocktail reception with passed hors d'oeuvres; we loved the bacon-wrapped scallops. Here, LearnServe International chair Cathy Tinsley with her husband, TFA DC co-chair Tom Tinsley, and board member Joey Sloter. 

Guests enjoyed a three-course dinner and a dessert selection following the program featuring the keynote speaker, former DCPS chancellor Kaya Henderson.
