Jazz on Jackson Place!

Last night we also went to the White House Historical Association's Jazz on Jackson Place at the Decatur House. We snapped WHHA president Stewart McLaurin with artist Kari Kant, who debuted her acrylic painting of the White House. It took six months of sculpting, sanding, drilling and carving to create the 3D canvas work.

Here, Liberty Mutual's Gloria Harrison, and RSVP Catering's Candice Lang and Alexandria Smith, who provided the delicious hors d'oeuvres of tenderloin wrapped in asparagus, moo shu rolls, Caribbean chicken skewers and sweet potato ham biscuits.
