Prepare to be dazzled, DC: Cleveland Park’s loss is Georgetown’s gain. Super chef Frank Ruta, formerly of Palena, is now the chef at the Grill Room in the Capella hotel on 31st Street. We had a chance to sample some of his innovative cooking, and all we can say is: Yum!

We snapped a salad of lobster and roasted beets with cumin, horseradish and lime vinaigrette. Fiola Mare, Chez Bily Sud and now the Grill Room: Georgetown is definitely back!
