Cupid’s Undie Run!

Sunday afternoon we went to the 6th annual Cupid's Undie Run for the Children’s Tumor Foundation and Neurofibromatosis research.

Fundraisers ran a mile in their unmentionables between partying on The Hill while braving sub-freezing temps.

Love filled the air on Pennsylvania Ave as runners celebrated $3.4M raised for the cause. The awards ceremony cheered the winning teams; congrats to Team Jimmy Powers for first place.

Cupid’s Undie Run originated in DC in 2010. It's expanded rapidly, and is now in 38 race cities across the U.S. and Australia. Here, Race directors AJ Cook and Chad Bartlett bookend co-founders Bobby Gill and Tamara Forys; back, The Nats' Teddy Roosevelt joined the party sporting oversized boxers.

Hawk ‘N’ Dove, Sonoma Wine Bar and Capitol Lounge hosted the pre and post race parties showcasing Valentine's Day themed costumes. Here, Jordan Ciminelli, Bailiwick's JC Jones, Tori Morgan and Gordan Fletcher.

Thanks to everyone who came to raise awareness and funds for The Children's Tumor Foundation. Here, Antunovich Associates' Kristen Weller, Hannah Irby, Michael Burke, Bloomberg's Brian Weiner and criminal investigator Jaclyn Menditch.
