We went to The Gryphon for a surprise performance from Grammy-nominated singer Ryan Leslie benefiting LIVE from the Republic, to fund orphanages in the Ivory Coast. Hes flanked by Mori Diane and by Yasmine Rahmaan, Ibrahim Diane and Joshua Posnick.
Ryan talked to the crowd and sang five songs. We snapped PR pro Sabrina Ziaee, student Gieta Nejad, Sabrinas sister Golnaz Ziaee, JNPs Bria Taylor, and Kelly & Assoc Brianna Wise.
After the concert, donors got a campaign T-shirt. Here, Wells Fargos Ash Baria, tutor Yazmin Lopez and her sister CUNYs Rosa Lopez.
