He’s one of 25 great chefs whose signature dishes you can sample June 12 at our Super Schmooze at exciting new District Center, 555 12th St NW.

You can typically find chef de cuisine/pit master Dan Farber by the smoker at Hill Country BBQ. He serves pound after pound of Texas ‘cue cooked daily in house, and he’ll serve some at Thursday's Bisnow Super Schmooze, which you can wash down with our open bar.
