Katten Muchin Rosenman raced to raise money for the Capital Area Food Bank with its inaugural regatta on Friday. Fourteen teams paddled down the Potomac as part of Katten's first year participating in the Food From the Bar Campaign. The firm raised more than $10k—which will provide 25,000 meals—and collected over 200 pounds of food.

DC managing partner Roger Furey paddled with IP associate Michael Justus. Since 2008, the DC legal community has raised the equivalent of 1 million meals for individuals in need in the Washington metro area through Food From the Bar—a month-long fundraising campaign that wrapped up on Friday, though the organization will accept donations until June 5.
