James McMillan - The Pew Charitable Trusts

James McMillan is Pew's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He oversees general corporate legal and risk-management matters, supervises outside counsel relationships, and provides legal advice to Pew's board and senior management and staff. He also serves on the board of subsidiary Pew Research Center. Previously, he was a partner at Hogan Lovells, where he managed a corporate practice representing Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits, and an associate at Skadden.
