America Eats Finds New Home in Tysons

When Jos Andrs (above at the 2012 Capital Food Fight)opened America Eats Tavern in his former Caf Atlntico space, it was originally intended as a six-month pop-up restaurant. The concept was so successful that Jos decided to extend it for six months. But all good things must come to an end, and the restaurant closed as planned last July. But fans of the concept, fret not: this November, America Eats Tavern will be opening in its permanent new home at the Ritz-Carlton in Tysons. Why NoVa? Jose tells us, "I am in love with Virginia, the farmland, and I am thrilled that this unique restaurant will be representing the goodness of the earth that America has to offer."
