The new incubation space, which adds 4k SF, includes new product development labs, research space, office studios, lounge area, and a modernized conference room and kitchen amenities. The entrepreneurs in the space are focused on simulation, modeling and serious game design for new applications in healthcare, education and defense. Since its March 2014 opening, the institute has housed eight startups that have collectively created over 70 jobs.
