Spy Museum Says No Thanks to Carnegie Library

The International Spy Museum announced yesterday that it has withdrawn its plans to redevelop the Carnegie Library in Mount Vernon Square for its new location, after the Historic Preservation Review Board declined the latest design. So where do YOU think the best spot for the new Spy Museum would be? Let Chris Baird know and we'll publish the best answers this week.
