New Development with 130 Residential Units Planned for Anacostia

Plans for a new development in Anacostia dubbed Reunion Square are in the works. The project from Four Points Development and Curtis Investment Group would include 130 residential units, office and/or retail space and a theater.

The companies are looking to combine eight lots at 2001-2027 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave SE and build around and behind the existing properties. A proposed six-story residential building would include 124 apartments ranging from studios to two-bedrooms and six townhomes.
