The major development next to the Wiehle-Reston East Silver Line station continues to achieve strong leasing momentum, with the latest deal filling an entire office building.

Comstock Partners signed global consulting firm ICF International for a full-building, 250K SF lease at 1902 Reston Metro Plaza, the third office building under construction at Reston Station, the Washington Business Journal reports

The company will move from 9300 Lee Highway in Fairfax, a Foulger-Pratt-owned building it has occupied for three decades. JLL brokered the deal.

The lease comes less than two weeks after Comstock announced it signed Rolls-Royce North America for 17K SF at 1900 Reston Metro Plaza, the first office building that delivered at the project. That building, designed by Helmut Jahn, has also inked leases with Google and coworking provider Spaces

The second under-construction office building, 1906 Reston Metro Plaza, last month landed Neustar for a 100K SF lease. The 40-acre development also includes a 448-unit apartment building and retail, plus Comstock in March signed Marriott International to bring its Renaissance brand to the project's 250-room hotel.
