The Wharf’s First Residential Building

Vio, the Wharf’s first condo development, is preparing to launch sales this spring. Then, in the fall of 2017, brace yourself for a mix of studios, one-, two and three-bedroom, and penthouses designed by Handel Architects with WDG Architects. The 12-story, 112-unit building will feature a rooftop community infinity pool, parking spaces for most units, and private elevator access straight from the retail and restaurant-filled Wharf promenade for some, reports UrbanTurf. The entire first phase of the Wharf—PN Hoffman and Madison Marquette’s 3.2M SF, $2B redevelopment on the Southwest Waterfront—will deliver by the end of 2017. [UrbanTurf]
