We talk about taking over the business his father founded, starting out in the music business and why he uses his platform to speak out on societal issues like gender diversity and the struggles of Baltimore.

"When you have a big business, for whatever reason people are more interested in what you have to say," Bozzuto said. "So then what are you going to use that moment for? What are you going to say? What are you going to do?"
