Four-Story Capitol Hill Residential Development in Early Stages

A new residential development that could bring up to 160 new residences to Capitol Hill is in the early planning stages. Insight Property Group is in discussions for a four-story project on the 1300 block of E Street SE.

The project would replace the Signature Collision Body Shop and Bowie’s Trash Facility on-site. It would include between 150 and 160 units ranging from one to three bedrooms. There is no word on the time frame for the new project, but Urban Turf reports that Insight hopes to file a planned unit development later this fall. [UT]
