Spotted in NYC

Last week at NYC's Palace Hotel, we snapped JLL’s Chris Espenshade (in NY from Baltimore) and Maggie Coleman, JP Morgan’s Hilary Bullard, and Vornado’s Charlotte Davis. Chris, who’s heads JLL’s Baltimore affordable housing platform, has $800M worth of deals (10 assets) in the hopper and closed $215M in Ashburn, PG County, and Philly in Q1. Also in Q1, Chris hit Disney World with her two kids, where she had the pleasure of dining with Doc McStuffins and Sofia the First. Charlotte is based in New York, but you might recognize her from around town in DC, as she’s the daughter of Davis Construction founder Jim Davis.

And here’s JLL’s Brett Rosenberg and Harbor Group International’s Lane Shea, whose company has been making a big splash in DC with the recent buys of the Dupont Circle Starbucks and 450 H Street. Harbor Group's also made waves in NYC with the $157M acquisition of 55 Broadway last week. It bought the 90% leased, 359k SF building from Broad Street Development after more than a year without a NYC acquisition and intends to reposition the street-level retail and mezzanine space.
