Land Financing For 36-Unit Condo Project
EagleBank is providing financing to Pecar Properties LLC and Marcus Asset Group to redevelop 12,381 SF of residential-zoned land on the south side of K Street between 13th and 14th Streets—in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Southeast DC. The approximately .28-acre site will be redeveloped into a ~40,000 SF five-story, 36-unit condominium project with 18 surface parking spots--the Stone Hill condos--to include a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Completion date is set for October 2017 and pre-sales start in early to mid 2017.
