Wormald Lands Construction Financing
For 38-Unit Mixed-Use Project
EagleBank has provided construction financing to Wormald for the construction of the residential condominiums at the Cascades Overlook mixed-use center at 21408 Potomac View Road, Sterling, Virginia. This four-story residential condominium built on top of a retail concrete podium consists of 38 two-over-two units. More than half of the homes have presold prior to starting construction. Due to the sunset and mountain views from the rear terraces, the residences have been named Cascades View at Cascades Overlook. The retail center consists of 130k SF anchored by a Harris Teeter and eight fine dining restaurants.
