New Apartments Coming To The West End

EagleBank provided the financing to an affiliate of the Tasea Investment Company and the Auger family for the construction of a 197-unit rental apartment complex and 118 parking spaces located at 1255 22nd St NW.  Mezzanine financing was provided by Federal Capital Partners. About five blocks from the Foggy Bottom and Dupont Circle Metro stations, this highly-sought location offers access to a variety of retail, employment and cultural opportunities. Phase I of this two-phase project will consist of the renovation and conversion of the existing building into a residential apartment building over three levels of parking and ground floor retail space.  In Phase II, the adjacent surface parking lot will be replaced with a 120-unit multifamily addition. The project is expected to take up to two years.
