Entitlements include another 1,000 multifamily units, 150k SF of retail, and 325k SF of office.
Current Project: Falkland Chase. Multi-phased redevelopment of a 450-unit Class-B apartment community at the Silver Spring Metro station. Entitled for 1,250 new apartment units and 120k SF of retail. First phase will include approximately 400 apartments and 100k SF of retail including a grocery store.
