The NYC Hotel Boom Is Coming To An End
The last two years have been gangbusters for NYC's hotel supply: almost 14,000 hotel rooms have entered the active pipeline. But in Q1 2016, only six hotel applications were filed with the city, just over 500 rooms. Considering DC's been riding a hotel boom of its own, it might be a harbinger of things to come.
