15 Things You Need to Know This Morning
Self-Storage Along The
Metropolitan Branch Trail

EagleBank provided the financing to MILLER for the acquisition and development of 2800 8th St NE, Washington, DC. Located between the Brookland and Rhode Island Avenue Metro Stations, and fronting along a major corridor of the Metropolitan Branch Trail, the project will consist of a five-story, 112k SF, 857-unit self-storage facility with covered parking and a future retail base.  The facility includes access control; secure, climate-controlled units; secure, covered onsite parking; multiple loading berths, and a green roof. The existing neighborhood—in the midst of a major transformation—will be complemented by the architecture, but it will still be a cost-effective and efficient self-storage facility.
