Building Luxury In Chevy Chase
EagleBank recently provided EYA acquisition, development and construction financing as part of its development of 62 luxury townhomes at the intersection of Connecticut Avenue and Chevy Chase Lake Drive in Chevy Chase, MD. The 3,000+ SF townhomes, The Brownstones at Chevy Chase Lake, will incorporate modern features, including elevators and rooftop terraces, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and a future Purple Line Station. The site has easy access to the Beltway and is just minutes from Bethesda. EYA is partnering with the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County. The community will include 10 moderately-priced dwelling units.  Sales of all units are expected to begin this spring.
