EagleBank's New Multifamily Team

EagleBank is widening its multifamily lending net with the launch this week of its FHA Multifamily Lending division. The new lending team (L to R) is Tony Washington, Mike Somerville, Rich Devaney and Quinn Cullen. EagleBank chairman/CEO Ron Paul says the new division is a logical and strategic next step for the bank’s multifamily rental sector, while providing growth for EagleBank. The bank will now be offering the full continuum of debt products for the multifamily rental ownership community, from development to long-term permanent financing.
