Memorable project: Rebirth and re-merchandising of Belvedere Square with Struever Bros Eccles & Rouse–110k SF mixed-use project/gourmet market in North Baltimore that had fallen on hard times in the 1990s and then became popular in the 2000s because of great retail and a vibrant public space with concerts and special events. 
Current project: Monroe Street Market in Brookland/Edgewood–mixed-use project will include 550 apartment homes, an Arts Walk with 30 working artist studios, restaurants, cafes and shops. 
CRE career: Special events coordinator in Rouse Co marketing department at Harborplace in Baltimore. Worked with city planning events at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.

Family: Married 22 years to Hope; son (17) and black lab and cat. 
Hobbies: Competitive Dragon boat racing and volunteer work on several boards. 
Startling fact: Started record company with two partners after college–represented five artists. Also launched WXJM at JMU–school’s first student-run FM radio station that’s still on the air 25 years later.
