15 Things You Need to Know This Morning
Fairfax Office Gets New Owner With Big Plans

Polinger Development has scooped up a 100k SF office building in Fairfax thanks to acquisition financing from EagleBank. 10400 Eaton Place, near Chain Bridge Road and downtown Fairfax, is five stories and has multiple tenants. But more will come after EagleBank provides Polinger additional financing to lease up the building. The company previously repositioned the building and successfully sold it in 2004. EagleBank is confident Polinger can do it again.
