Memorable project: Redevelopment at 645 H St., NE – full gut renovation of 85k SF Class B building from office to office/retail mix. Sold in June for over $600/SF. 
Current projects: ANTHOLOGY – over 300 apartments and retail at 625 Half St., NE to complete June 2016; 462k SF mixed-use project at Half/N St., SE.
CRE career: Catellus Development in San Fran in 2000, managing large-scale public/private development projects, including redevelopment of former Naval Air Station Alameda. Also did light industrial, data centers and warehouses in Central Valley, CA.

Bucket list: Visit Cleveland – always intrigued by Rust Belt NFL cities while growing up in sun-soaked SoCal. 
Family: Married to Elle Roberts; one daughter (1).
Hobbies: Oil painting on canvas (latest artwork) and college football at Biergarten Haus on Saturdays.
Startling fact: Artwork was exhibited in group show at Foundry Gallery in DC in 2014.
