Title: CEO, Pristine Environments.
Company: Manages over 100M SF of mission critical facilities; $100M in revenue; and over 2,000 employees in 4,000 locations. Co-founded with PE group, AGI Partners, in 2011.
Memorable project: Team was owner’s rep/construction manager and now facility manger for world’s first “zero net energy” lab in La Jolla, CA. LEED Platinum and award-winning campus designed by ZGF for a genomics institute. 
Current project: Building a CRE tech platform for client with 4,000 facilities. Team will deploy technology, energy and building intelligence solutions and manage and keep facilities operational 24-7-365.
CRE career: Started at Vornado Realty Trust after business school.
Grew up: Carlisle, PA and Goshen, NY.
Current home: SoCal; works in McLean office one week per month.
Why DC: Came during high school; Dad took job with local family company. 
School: Salve Regina University, Georgetown and Wharton.
First job: Managing a commercial construction project in Berlin for building being developed by Tishman Speyer.

Family: Married Jane Kaggwa in Kampala, Uganda in 2013 and baby girl. 
Hobbies: Designing and making furniture.
Startling fact: At age 12, drove uncle’s car from DC to Richmond while sitting in passenger’s seat. Steered while uncle took nap and car ran on cruise control. Was told to wake him if traffic slowed down.
