Company: Owns over 3.5M SF of retail, industrial, flex, and residential between Philly and Richmond. Bought or sold projects over $400M in value over last 24 months.
Memorable project: Purchased vacant 150k SF building in Philly and now finalizing its redevelopment into state-of-the-art 150k SF medical facility. 
Current project: Buying 60k SF shopping center in Montgomery County and 130k SF industrial/flex property in Columbia, Md. Will have over $30m worth of equity from 1031 trades that needs to be invested in next nine months. 
CRE career: Planned on hanging out in DC for the summer while in college, but dad insisted a job was needed. Hired by Studley as a financial analyst intern on a Friday and spent weekend learning Lotus 123.

Daily habits: Cycle 25-100 miles per day (distance depends on weather and work), walking dogs, and trying to shake off caffeine monkey.
Favorite apps: ESPN, Uber and Training Peaks.
Favorite movies: Blazing Saddles, Delirious, and any mob movie.
Favorite restaurants: Crabs at secret restaurant (largest crabs there are called “Monsters of the Sea”) and Et Viola.
Favorite radio show: Howard Stern.
Favorite vacation spot: Aspen.
Guilty pleasures: Cookies (any kind from Annette’s Bake Shop in Aspen), ice cream (any flavor with chocolate), and dark chocolate.
Bucket list: Take summer off work, ride across Europe, and grow a full head of hair. 
Family: Married 23 years; three adult children; and two Swiss Mountain dogs.
Hobbies: Bicycle racing (about 15 races a year, each 20-90 miles) and skiing.
Startling fact: Can’t sit still.
