Company: Developed over 21k residential units and over 20M SF of commercial nationally, including JFK Airport terminal and USPTO. Focused on eastern US, with offices in DC, NYC and Philly. 
Job: In charge of DC office for 22 years; with LCOR 34. 
Memorable project: USPTO – largest office lease in GSA’s history at 2.4M SF, completed in 2005. 
Current project: Phase IV of North Bethesda Center – 2.7M SF mixed-use development at White Flint Metro to include residential, retail, office, and hotel. 
CRE career: Started at Philadelphia National Bank (now part of Wells after five mergers), collecting bad REIT loans. Then spent four years in construction lending – LCOR was a customer.
Grew up: Philly.
Current home: Potomac.
Why DC: Job change from banking to development at LCOR.
Schools: Lafayette College and Penn.
First job: Landscaping in Westfield, NJ.
Job in another life: Cross country coach.
Daily habit: Starbucks Chai tea.
Favorite app: Notes (iPhone).
Favorite movie: Apollo 13.
Favorite restaurant: Trattoria Sorrento (Bethesda).
Favorite band and song: Fleetwood Mac – Go Your Own Way (live version). 
Favorite vacation spot: Tuscany.
Bucket list: Visit and hike national parks out West with family and friends. 
Family: Married 43 years to Pam; three adult children; one granddaughter and another grandchild on the way.
Hobbies: Golf, travel, running, family.
Startling fact: Played freshman basketball at Lafayette after not playing in high school. “We were terrible!”
