EagleBank Provides Financing For
Annapolis Mixed-Use Project
EagleBank has provided financing to ­­Pyramid Maritime One, LLC, Pyramid Maritime Two, LLC, & State Street Holding, LLC for the acquisition, development, and construction of the mixed-use project known as South Annapolis Yacht Centre. The property is located at 1 Walton Lane in Annapolis, Maryland's Eastport neighborhood, directly across Spa Creek from downtown Annapolis and the historic Annapolis Yacht Club. This will be the first significant development along the Eastport shorelines in over 30 years. The project will redevelop the property to include a new 69-slip marina, two commercial buildings totaling 9,732 SF, four additional commercial pad sites, and 11 for-sale residences. The project is being sponsored by Bret Anderson of Pyramid Builders.
