Landex Development Gets Financing For 84-Unit
Project In Maryland's Gateway Arts District
EagleBank has provided a loan to Landex Development, LLC for the acquisition and development of Artisan 4100, a mixed-use community of 84 apartments, music studios and 4,800 SF of retail. Artisan 4100 is a public private partnership between Landex, a 33-year real estate development company specializing in urban redevelopment, and Prince George’s County. The property is located at 4100 Rhode Island Ave. in Brentwood, MD in the county's fast-growing Gateway Arts District/Route 1 corridor.. The construction is expected to be completed in 2019. The Gateway Arts District is a two-mile stretch of Rhode Island Avenue (Route 1) from Mount Rainier to Hyattsville, and is the largest arts district in Washington-Baltimore metropolitan area with over 400 artists who live and create art in the area.
