EagleBank Provides Bridge Loan
For 168-Room Arlington Hotel
EagleBank provided a bridge loan to replace its construction financing for the Hyatt Place - Arlington Courthouse Plaza, located across from the Courthouse Metro at 2401 Wilson Blvd. in Arlington. The 168-room Hyatt Place opened in August 2016 and is now ranked among the top three hotels in Arlington on TripAdvisor. The Hyatt is home to Verre Wine Bar, the newest, top rated wine and dinner spot in Arlington with a five-star Yelp rating. The new loan provides better terms and rate than private bridge lenders and gives Schupp Companies and their operating partner LodgeWorks the flexibility needed to bridge into longer term financing once the hotel is well seasoned.
