EagleBank Provides Financing For Acquisition

Of The Artena Apartments In Manassas Park

EagleBank has provided financing to Ahmet & Won Aksoylu on behalf of Manassas Park Apartments LLC, for 100 Lara Drive, Manassas Park, Virginia. The EagleBank loan provided funds for the acquisition of this Class-A, seven-story apartment building known as The Artena. The building has 102 rental units on the upper six floors totaling 92K SF, and 14K SF of retail, office and fitness center space. on the ground floor. The project will be managed by Gates/Hudson. The Artena is conveniently located a quarter mile, or a 6-minute walk, from the Manassas Park VRE station which leads into Fairfax County and the City of Alexandria. The building will include units ranging from studios to two-bedrooms with a den, it will feature amenities such as a fitness center and outdoor pool, and it will also include 200 surface parking spaces.
