Urban Atlantic Gets Financing For

New Carrollton Office Building

EagleBank has funded a loan secured by the assignment of a PILOT Agreement issued by Prince George’s County, for the development of new Class-A office property adjacent to the New Carrollton Metro Station. The project will include a build-to-suit, 8-story office building developed by Urban Atlantic. It will also include over 200K SF of rentable office space, of which Kaiser Permanente has pre-leased over 170K SF. Construction is scheduled to be completed in Q1 2019, with Kaiser Permanente occupying the space upon completion.
