EagleBank Provides Financing For

10-Lot Falls Church Residential Project

EagleBank is providing financing for the development and construction of “Railroad Cottages,” in Falls Church, VA. Robert Young, on behalf of the Borrowers, is developing this 10-lot, single-family residential project. The 10 homes, plus a community clubhouse will reflect a friendly, cottage style appearance and be offered to home buyers, age 55 and older. EagleBank initially provided the acquisition and pre-development loan in July of 2016, and, now, with the City Council’s special “cottage-style” zoning approvals in place, permits and building can proceed.
