EagleBank has provided construction financing to a partnership of Fort Lincoln New Town Corp., The Concordia Group and Buvermo Investments Inc., for a 236-unit community in Washington, DC. It will feature 200 market-rate units and 36 affordable apartments. Located at 3750 Jamison St. N.E., on 4.1 acres at the edge of DC, the four- to five-story project will be built adjacent to a green forested buffer, and is scheduled to deliver in 2019. This project is one of the final components of the Fort Lincoln New Town area which also includes The Shops at Dakota Crossing and The Villages at Dakota Crossing – a community of townhomes, senior living and shopping.
