15 Things You Need to Know This Morning
EAGLE BANK PROJECT UPDATE
JAIR LYNCH Development Partners is well on its way “home” thanks to a recently closed acquisition bridge loan from EagleBank on a site located on Half Street directly across Nats Park. The 1.45 acre site was part of a rezoning that allows for dense and diverse development around the stadium, with the aim of creating a true sense of place, not just a stop for Cracker Jacks and hot dogs. As zoned, the site can accommodate a 190-key hotel and over 350k SF of multifamily, condominiums and retail.
