UberOffices Signs Deals in Clarendon, Reston

UberOffices, the fast-growing DC co-working company with locations in Dupont Circle, Rosslyn, Bethesda and Tysons, is growing even more. Bisnow has learned that UberOffices has signed leases in JBG's RTC West project in Reston Town Center and in Clarendon, at Piedmont Office Realty Trust's 3100 Clarendon Blvd. UberOffices CEO Raymond Rahbar confirmed the RTC west office and the company's two new leases combine for 78k SF, but declined to comment on the location of the new Clarendon office. These new deals come from UO's growing national profile thanks to a $14M investment, led by MRP Realty. MRP paid $14.5M for its next location in Logan Circle, and is planning on opening up offices in Chicago and Philadelphia in the coming months, and other markets by the end of the year.
