The home has been on the market for over 1,200 days, and it was last listed at $10.9M. It has a 16,181 SF eight-bedroom/six-bath single-family home, and is near private beaches on the Chesapeake and 4 miles of waterfront on Prospect Bay. 600 acres of the property contain a permanently protected wildlife haven, and 200 acres can be developed.
