Liberty Property Trust Lists Office Park on Silver Line Access

Liberty Property Trust is getting ready to unload a chunk of the 2.6M SF Republic Property Trust portfolio it acquired in 2007. DTZ is marketing Presidents Park and a building in the Westfields Corporate Center. Presidents Park is made up of three Sunrise Valley Drive buildings, totaling roughly 600,900 SF, the Washington Business Journal reports. The fourth building at 14111 Park Meadow Dr, is known as Corporate Point IV, and is 80,118 SF. The properties are about 92% leased, and Presidents Park will benefit from Metro access when the Silver Line is completed. [WBJ]
