Cushman & Wakefield’s Jackie Raff and Mark Richardson are standing at the top of 1701 Pennsylvania Ave, where they’ve just leased 29,300 SF to Occidental Petroleum, FoxKiser and JAB Holdings, with Peet’s Coffee’s new flagship store is on the ground floor. Grosvenor Americas recently spent $7.5M renovating the building's HVAC system. The 12-story, 200k SF building, where it has its East Coast office, has gone through $16.7M in architectural modernization and building systems renovations since 1986.
