A couple blocks down the street, we snapped a $250 million, 27 floor building LA-based Kilroy is doing, all 440k SF of which Sales Force will lease for 14 years. And that's just for the tech company to add to its collection of space in many other buildings nearby--not to mention the 14 acres it has in Mission Bay for a possible future campus. Sales Force is now the second largest office space user in SF after Wells Fargo, symbolic in this traditional bastion of banks.
