Cassidy to Market ExxonMobil Campus

Looking to move to Merrifield, but unwilling to settle for less than four buildings? ExxonMobil has tapped the Cassidy Turley DC investment sales team to market its 1.3M SF Merrifield campus, the brokerage firm announced yesterday. A market source tells us the five-building site, built in phases since the first delivery in 1980, is "as close to modern design as you could imagine" for an older asset. The source also points out the campus isn't just good looking, but its 117 acres provide ample security as well as big expansion possibilities with 99 excess acres to develop.
