Cushman & Wakefield DC investment sales pros Steve Gichner and Eric Berkman (above), along with colleague Andrew Asbill, have had an eventful six weeks, closing $230M worth of deals throughout the Northeast. One of those closed last Thursday, as the team repped the seller in the trade of 460 Herndon Parkway, a 205k SF office building in Herndon, for an undisclosed price. Steve tells us they've also closed deals in Baltimore and New Jersey as well.


As for 460 Herndon, Steve says buyer Parmenter Realty Partners was attracted to the building's stability (Boeing is the anchor tenant, occupying 82%) as well as its easy access to great amenities and employees. And the arrival of the Metro in 2018 wasn't a dealbreaker either, he says.
