2100 M Sale Includes Development Rights

A postscript to the story Bisnow broke yesterday on Liberty Property Trust's purchase of 2100 M: Liberty says in a release this morning that the acquisition includes 105k SF of transferrable development rights, allowing them to redevelop the property to a maximum of 415k SF. Just don't clog up the road, fellas... we work down the street.
