A 348,000 square-foot, 12-story corner office building that includes three levels of below-grade parking, a state-of- the-art fitness facility, a bike storage facility and stunning 360 degree views of the monuments, Capitol building and the Potomac River. It’s strategically positioned within an exciting mix of L’Enfant Plaza amenities with quick access to Metro, VRE, major highways and Capitol Hill. The building achieves LEED Gold certification and has a 16,500 square-foot green roof.
