Taylor O. Chess is President, Development for Peterson Companies and serves on the Company’s Investment Committee. Taylor has developed retail projects valued over $250 million. He is a visionary, known for spotting acquisition opportunities, imagining the possibilities, divesting of property, acquiring land, and building joint ventures. Taylor has been instrumental in leading the company’s expansion into new ventures and development and looks at all disciplines of real estate to find the best use based on market conditions and social and economic changes. Prior to Peterson Companies Taylor was Senior Vice President, Investments at Regency Centers where he established the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast offices. During his eight years, he developed 11 centers valued at approximately $660 million and assisted in the acquisition of 140 centers. Taylor studied at California State University, Northridge. He serves on numerous philanthropic boards and committees including Joe Gibb’s Youth For Tomorrow, Fairfax County Sports Tourism Tax Force and mentors real estate students through ULI’s mentoring programs. He was recently appointed by Gov. Glenn Youngkin as a member of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority board of directors to help establish policy and provide direction to management for the operation of Dulles International and Reagan National Airports and the Dulles Toll Road. He served as ICSC’s State Director of Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia and has been a guest speaker for the GWU Real Estate Program. FUN FACT: While studying in California Taylor tried his hand at Hollywood and landed roles in popular television shows and movies like Dynasty, Matlock, Solid Gold and Space Balls to name a few. Vicki Davis is responsible for managing the acquisition, planning, design, and implementation of all Urban Atlantic projects, and asset management of properties that the company owns and its Mid-City Community CDE investment portfolio. With over 28 years of experience in real estate development, she formerly served as Deputy Director of the Maryland Housing Fund and Maryland DHCD -Division of Credit Assurance. Her experience also includes portfolio management for MNC Financial-South Charles Realty and multifamily development for Trammell Crow Residential. As President of Urban Atlantic Development, Ms. Davis has managed development of over $2 billion in real estate projects and asset managed over $4 billion in real estate investments. She has developed over 6,000 multifamily residential units and 600,000 commercial square feet for Urban Atlantic, including eight HOPE VI mixed-finance public housing redevelopment projects, as well as transit-oriented mixed-use projects.  Ms. Davis holds a MBA in Finance from American University, an MS in Engineering & Construction Management from University of Texas, and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. She taught for 12 years in the Johns Hopkins Real Estate MBA program and is a LEED AP.

Mr. Gibbons became Chairman of the Board in October, 2010. Since joining the company in 1999, Mr. Gibbons has overseen the acquisition, finance, leasing, development and management of over 8,000,000 square feet of award-winning mixed-use and revitalization projects with a value in excess of $1.2 billion. Major Greenberg Gibbons projects led by Mr. Gibbons include: Ground up development of Village at Waugh Chapel and Waugh Chapel Towne Centre in Anne Arundel County, MD The redevelopment of Hunt Valley Mall, now known as Hunt Valley Towne Centre in Baltimore County, MD Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole in Annapolis, MD Edgewater Village Center in Anne Arundel County, MD Woodmore Towne Centre in Prince George’s County, MD Towne Centre Laurel in Laurel, MD Foundry Row in Owings Mills, MD Prior to joining Greenberg Gibbons, he was a Partner and member of the management committee of Fedder and Garten, P.A., a Baltimore, Maryland law firm. Mr. Gibbons earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the boards of Sinai Hospital, Hospice of the Chesapeake, and the University of Maryland at Baltimore. In 2013, Mr. Gibbons received the Distinguished Citizens Award from the Boy Scouts of America’s Baltimore Chapter for exemplifying strong community leadership and personal integrity. Most recently, he was named to the State of Maryland’s Private Sector Economic Development Commission, a group formed to recommend strategies to help map the future growth of Maryland’s economy.

Mark Glagola is the Senior Managing Director of Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic Capital Markets Group. He specializes in investment sales, joint venture development and equity financing for Office and Industrial Product throughout the Mid Atlantic. Mark also co-leads Transwestern’s National Industrial Group coordinating the company’s capital market efforts for institutions nationwide. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Mark is a 30-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. He began his career in leasing and now specializes in institutional acquisition/sales and development. In the last 16 years, he has been involved in the acquisition of over 20 million square feet of product for clients and executed over $8 billion in sales. In the past two years alone, Mark sold more than 3 million square feet valued at over $400 million. Some of his clients have included Cabot Properties, Industrial Property Trust, State Farm, Liberty Property Trust, ORIX, Invesco, AEW, American Realty Advisors, NYSTRS, First Industrial, Morgan Stanley, Principal Life Insurance, RREEF, UBS and Atapco. David S. Iannucci is the President and CEO of the Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) with a passion for business growth and expansion. Often referring to economic development as the foundation of wealth creation upon which community benefits are built upon, Iannucci is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in Prince George's County and works diligently to do so daily. Mr. Iannucci has played a prominent role in economic development projects across the state of Maryland, including leading the County's effort to develop the 2013 Strategic Plan for Economic Development under which the County ascended to the rank of #1 in job growth in the State of Maryland. He was also intricately involved in the updated 2022 Strategic Plan for Economic Development which will be published later this year. As the head of the Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation, Mr. Iannucci oversees the County’s $50 million Economic Development Incentive Fund, which has leveraged over $1.1 Billion in private sector investments and has played a prominent role with the County’s key initiatives such as the pursuit of the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation headquarters, the opening of the brand new, state of the art University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center, and multiple Transit Oriented Development projects including the economic expansion around the Blue Line Corridor and the future Purple Line. Appointed by County Executive Angela Alsobrooks, Mr. Iannucci previously served under former County Executive Rushern Baker, III as the Assistant Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for Economic Development where he oversaw the activities of EDC, FSC First, and the Conference and Visitors Bureau. In both his current position and former position, he directs Prince George’s County’s efforts to retain and support the existing business community. In his 45-year career, Mr. Iannucci has served in many positions within state and local government. His previous positions include Secretary of the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development, Executive Director of the Baltimore County Department of Economic Development, and under former Maryland Governor William Donald Schaefer, Chief Legislative Officer. Mr. Iannucci is a 1979 graduate of the University of Maryland School Of Law, a member of the Maryland Bar, and a 1974 graduate of the University of Maryland College Park. David S. Iannucci is also a former President of the Maryland Economic Development Association and is a member of the MEDA Hall of Fame. Leonard L. Lucchi is a registered lobbyist who represents business owners, trade groups, and local governments before the Maryland General Assembly and the United States Congress. Mr. Lucchi’s scope of representation includes lobbying, tracking pending or proposed legislative activities and analyzing the effects of those pieces of legislation on client matters, drafting legislation, organizing and mobilizing coalitions in support or opposition to pending or proposed legislation, effectively utilizing media outlets to support client initiatives, and testifying on behalf of clients before various legislative committees. During his thirty years as a legislative advocate, Mr. Lucchi has helped to shape legislation on behalf of his business and corporate clients that creates or enhances the marketplace for their goods and services. For example, Mr. Lucchi persuaded the Maryland General Assembly to pass a law requiring the installation of carbon-monoxide detectors in new residential construction. The passage of this bill created a new market for his client, a major manufacturer of carbon monoxide detectors. In addition to his representation of business owners, Mr. Lucchi has represented trade groups such as solar power manufacturers, mobile home park owners, and food delivery franchisees and has helped to guide them through the legislative process. Mr. Lucchi has also proven himself to be an accomplished advocate for County and City governments. As a former Director of Legislative Affairs for the Prince George’s County Government, Mr. Lucchi is experienced in planning, managing, and implementing a legislative agenda with elected and appointed officials. In that position, Mr. Lucchi represented various County departments and agencies in order to advance their legislative goals. Mr. Lucchi is also the former County Attorney for Prince George’s County, and he utilizes his hands-on local government experience to advise and implement resourceful legislative plans for his clients. Additionally, he served as the County’s Chief Labor Negotiator. Mr. Lucchi serves as counsel to the Redevelopment Authority for Prince George's County, the Board of Education for Prince George's County, the Democratic Central Committee for Prince George's County. Mr. Lucchi served as the President of the Maryland Government Relations Association and President of the Greater Bowie Chamber of Commerce. He served two terms on the Board of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Lucchi is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Lucchi enjoys giving back to his community by serving on the Board of Mentoring to Manhood and the L.E.A.R.N. Foundation.
