IKEA Canada will open its first two Pick-Up-Points later this year in London, ON (at 3198 Wonderland Rd) and Quebec City, enabling customers who shopped online or in-store to pick up products closer to where they live. IKEA has 12 stores across Canada and sees “great growth potential” in Pick-Up-Points, whose format is part of a global pilot in markets where there are no IKEA stores. “The ambition is to make IKEA more accessible to many Canadians,” IKEA Canada president Stefan Sjöstrand said, noting pick-up centres allow IKEA to expand quickly into new markets.
